Remedy PT Philosophy
If you have ever dealt with an injury and inability to live your vibrant, active life then finding quality care is of utmost importance to you. It is miserable to walk out of a clinic feeling misunderstood and never being offered hope for recovery.
We understand your need for quality time with a physical therapist who actively listens, resolves your fears, and offers a plan for restoration. Like you, I was frustrated with the lack of quality time that was available in the traditional PT model so I started my clinic as an out of network facility offering one-on-one care to give you exactly what you need. You can read my client testimonials here.
As a patient, your primary focus is on reducing pain. As a Physical Therapist my primary focus is on your function and how to find the root cause of the dysfunction- which can arise from nearly any part of the kinetic chain. I have learned over the years that when I listen properly to my patients, it allows me to connect the dots back to the root cause and offer them a remedy.
If we, in the health profession, treat chronic pain, chronic fatigue, chronic joint inflammation, chronic injuries, and even post-surgical weight gain as independent, stand-alone conditions then we are missing the bigger picture. At, Remedy we combine manual therapy with the 4 pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset to guide each client on the whole path to restoration.
The doctor of the future will give no medication but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.
